Allow me to introduce myself and provide an overview of my professional background as well as my motivation for founding Diamond Elite Business Solutions. Previously, I led the business division at my prior firm, dedicating several years to developing new ventures and providing solutions for established organizations. My clientele ranged from well-known public figures to local entrepreneurs, each receiving tailored solutions responsive to their unique needs. I oversaw ongoing compliance for numerous businesses, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. In cases where organizations required significant remediation to restore compliance, I successfully guided them through those processes.

My experience covers a wide range of responsibilities, including handling startup filings, mediating and negotiating partnership terms, drafting Operating Agreements and Corporate Bylaws, overseeing project management, bookkeeping, annual compliance, vendor sourcing and management, preparing and reviewing documents, managing business structure changes, conducting tax filings and analysis, handling general corporate filings, and addressing outstanding issues with municipal, state, and federal agencies. With this background, I am able to thoroughly assess business needs, create targeted strategic plans, and effectively implement those plans—drawing on years of hands-on experience in client interactions as well as my roles as Law Firm Manager and Administrator within an organization devoted to supporting clients.

Acknowledging that many businesses require regular access to essential services but may not have the resources for full-time support, I established Diamond Elite Business Solutions. The company is dedicated to providing scalable, fully tailored business solutions, ensuring that crucial business operations management roles are both accessible and cost-effective for all business owners. Diamond Elite Business Solutions serves enterprises at every stage of their development, enabling professionals—including hairstylists, IT experts, artists, restaurateurs, welders, transportation specialists, and entrepreneurs of every industry in between—to concentrate on their core business activities while remaining confident in effective operational management. Our offerings encompass comprehensive support for business formation, preparation of key documentation (including operating agreements, bylaws, nonprofit status filings), and ongoing administrative requirements, serving organizations of various sizes.

My qualifications include the many years spent at my prior firm specializing in Tax and Business matters that have equipped me to build new ventures and assist others through all phases of business operations and mitigate issues effectively. Additionally, when assisting clients, I leverage a decade of decisive leadership experience I gained in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in personnel and asset management, issue identification, and mitigation in dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environments where the stakes are very high.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Juris Doctor from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. I am currently pursuing an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the top-ranked program at University of Maryland Smith School of Business and working towards my Project Management certification to formally complement my extensive experience. As a first-generation American, I am also attuned to the diverse cultural considerations of today’s business owners and as a parent, I understand the balance between family demands and professional obligations that many business owners must manage.
