Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with business owners and executive teams to drive sustainable growth through smarter systems, stronger controls, and proactive financial strategy. My experience includes roles within CPA firms, government agencies, and construction industries, where I have consistently delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and profitability. In a CPA firm environment, I managed complex business tax engagements, ensured federal and state compliance, and advised clients on financial planning and long-term strategy. My work with the Delaware Division of Revenue further strengthened my expertise in auditing, fraud prevention, and regulatory enforcement, sharpening my ability to identify risk and protect organizational interests. As Controller for two multimillion-dollar construction companies, I led all financial and administrative operations, including revenue oversight, payroll, commission tracking, and compliance for employees and independent contractors. I also oversaw full-cycle human resources functions, from benefits and hiring to employee separations, while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws. In addition, I directed a new office build-out, implementing streamlined workflows and systems that supported scalability and long-term growth.
